Facially she looks wonderful, very natural and pretty. But doesn't it look like she's got some plumber's naked, shaved ass for a chest.

You're kidding, I don't think she looks ugly at all.
She also isn't rail thin, she's healthy which fills out wrinkles. She looks great IMO.

WOW... whoever her Surgeon is, they're extremely good. It should be a must that a plastic surgeon have an artistic background. Whoever does her "work" must be an artist.
