Good point, most of the care workers or missionaries generally stay with the poor on a long term basis. They don't go back home to their luxury homes, or continue to adopt kids.
Yes, it is great Angelina is raising awareness and donating, but these photos annoy me, because it becomes about her. Not about the poor and starving.
