As much as I dispise HKS I blame ANS even more. She signed a will that excluded future children and didn't change it even after another child was born and the only one that would inherit had died. Even for Daniel she had put HKS in charge of the trust where Daniel would get pay outs over a period of time. Many do that since history has shown if you give a young person a lot of money at once there is great chance they will blwo it. My own will is in trust for my daughter until she is 30 and allows for payouts for education and buying a home once she has completed college and has a job. In this case it makes sense that HKS would be allowed to control the trust since that is what ANS said she wanted. What a fool!
