Of course he's not the father. if he thought he was really the father he would have taken the paternity test even before Anna died. If he knew he was really Dannielynn's father, the test would've put an end to all the chaos from the beginning. As far as trying to deal that he still be in charge of the money, it just proves what a gold digging, money hungry, evil SOB he is. If any lawyer or judge goes along with this ridiculous condition, they'd have to be as out of their minds as Anna was.
