There is a guy in the town where I used to live who goes around keeping watch on Disabled parking places. He follows people and takes down the license plates and snaps them with a digital camera. Good for him.
Hell, we have one where I take classes. It's a huge black Hummer, new, shiny, all cherried out, with a nice little handicapped placard in the dashboard. One of these days I'm going to lay in wait and find out just who that is and nail 'em if they're not truly disabled.
