Totally OT, but those blue badges....what exactly qualifies you for them? I have to say, in the last 5 years, I can count on one hand the number of people that looked like they truly needed the handicap parking space. I don't know if they do or not, but people loading up 3 kids in a stroller and jumping out of the back of a Suburban, only to do a little jog around the SUV to put the blue hang tag on your rear view mirror seems suspect. Or the guy who pulled into the space, forgetting to put the tag on his rear view mirror, only to sprint back to his car to pull in out of the glove box and hang on his mirror...what's up with that?
