resistance training is very important to give a better shape to the body, but is a combo of weights and cardio enough to burn off the underskin-layer of fat that is so typical of women? I'm a size 26 for 5'7" and a have muscle tone already, but I'm not satisfied with that f**ing bit of fat that is impossible to erase...When I lose weight I get a gaunt look, my ass disappears, the face...let's not go there either...when I get to normal weight, the damn layer of fat reappears...if i follow the zone diet, I lose weight but I feel deprived...since I got some cellulite dimples due to the pill in my teens, I could never get rid of it, I stopped taking it ten years ago, but the damage was done!
