Incidently to add to the defenition of "Council House & Violent"; it's not necessarily that they're in council houses (public housing/projects), the too much money to spend on designers gear (frequently knock offs), tattoos, lots of chunky obviously gold jewelry but the frequency of drunkeness/out of it-ness & a total lack of education & a lack of caring about it!
