I always thought it stood for 'Council House And Violent'---in other words, somebody who is on benefits and leeching off the state, and quite happy to burgle their gran if she was looking the other way. Think that they have the right to act as if they are the only people who deserve anything, although god forbid they have to WORK for it! And yes, wear cheap knock-off designer clothes and lots of gold jewellry, bought from the market with money that the government have given them because they are claiming for 'depression' or whatever they can claim.
I hate these sort of people. I am also scared of them because they are becoming more and more prevalent over here in the UK. C
