Martin Estevez changed his name to Sheen in honor of Bishop Fulton Sheen of the Catholic Church. Martin Sheen was an admirer. Charlie is the only one who uses Sheen. Michelle, Ramon, and Emilio all use Estevez professionally.

I don't think Gloria Estephan changed her name. She just got married and took her husband's name.
