I think Kate Winslet, Helen Mirren, Angelina Jolie (she chooses great, interesting cuts - way more stylish than blaring colour) and Marcia Cross all deserve their sots on the best-dressed list; I really can't see what Katie Holmes is doing there, though, and Beyoncé is a very uneven dresser - sometimes she looks fantastic, sometimes disastrous...
