How do y'all like your steak cooked at restaurants or in general? I remember reading somewhere that for many people, when they were young they liked their meat well done, but as they got older they preferred meat rarer. I'm kind of like that.
I went to a steakhouse a few weeks ago, and for some reason ordered the meat medium well done. I should have ordered it medium. Nowadays I don't mind pink in it, and another thing is that anything more than medium tends to create those nasty char marks which taste bitter and is cancerous to boot.
I still don't like it real bloody like rare, but don't mind pinkish and juices.
