The thing is, the initial comment stated that it was her big boobs that meant she could never look elegant. Her boobs don't even stand out that much to me in that dress.
Salmas are natural and they look right with her body because thats what God gave her
Do you know this for a fact? Why does it matter if the big boobs are real or fake? Yes, Salma's look better because she is voluptuous all over. However, I personally know a mother/daughter combo who are both very small boned and extremely thin with D cup boobs. It does look out of proportion but they can't help it. It just seems silly to say someone can't look elegant with a large bust.
