I don't know if this works with cats but when I have to give Elmo some pills like anti-biotics, I wrap it in cheese and he doesn't notice a thing
He thinks he's getting a treat (except when I don't wrap it well, he spits it out). Try it, it might be easier than forcing your cat to swallow the meds.
