In regards to any photo from Splash News, SplashNewsOnline.com or any of it's agents around the world.

Although Splash appreciates that fans want images of their favorite celebrities all images are Splash's exclusive property. Splash is engaged in negotiations for their distribution and syndication globally. Your publication of the images on your blog/website without permission adversely affects Splash's position in the negotiations and the value of the images, for which Splash will seek compensation from you and reserves the right to seek legal remedy.
