Sitting must hurt, yes and I bet she can't sleep either. Her body is probably in a constant state of pain. I know a doctor who was treating an anorexic and he couldn't get a vein. He kept sticking her paper thin skin and couldn't do it. Her intestines were also total mush from lack of use. Everything basically in her body atrophied or disintegrated because it wasn't being used. It looks like Alegra doesn't have long to live. She needs some forced feeding tubes pronto.
