In Katherine Heigl's interview with Cosmopolitan she said something that pretty much sums it up for me. She said, "Nudity is distracting. When you do nudity, no one is paying attention to your acting. They're looking at your boobs."
I don't think there's anything artistic about nudity. It takes a lot more talent to be able to pull off a sexy scene without having to rely on taking off your clothes and flashing your boobs around.
