It's not necessarily a new nosejob. She had her first one in the spring, right? Her nose never seemed to be noticeably swollen, but it still takes about a year for the swelling to completely subside. Swelling resolves faster in the bridge, as the tip takes longer to heal. After a nosejob you can expect to see changes in your nose even after a year.
So her "second nose job" could just be that the swelling at the tip has resolved , making it look smaller.
