I'm judge nor lawyer, but unless they have proof of her doing some really stupid things, I don't think it will jeopardize her custody. I don't think she should be out getting drunk all the time, but if she isn't fucking someone on camera, getting picked up for drugs...you get the pic...I don't think she is at risk of losing her kids.
Granted, she could have/should have picked someone better than PH to buddy up with, but we all know Britney is not known for her choices of late...
