^^Exactly. When you live an apartment building with other people around, you have to be at least somewhat considerate of the other people. I have severe asthma and cigarette smoke wafting into my apartment is enough to trigger an attack. And i'm certainly not the only one with this problem. "Selfish bitch" behavior indeed, IMO too.
