I live in an apartment, and I used to smell cigarette smoke in my kitchen and my bathroom--and I don't even smoke. Obviously, my neighbors were smoking and the odor was wafting into my apartment.

People are entitled to do what they want in their own apartments, but why is it so hard to open a window or something when they're smoking? Scarlett just sounds like a selfish bitch.
