Having seen the catastrophic effect on her brother Michael, LaToya Jackson might be expected not to have the stomach for cosmetic operations.
But it looks like she, too, has a season ticket with the plastic surgeon.
Appearing at the opening of a Californian boutique, 50-year-old LaToya sported a pinched nose, arched eyebrows and strangely pointed chin, all strangely like Michael’s.
However, the most striking feature was her tum – a whirlpool of crinkled skin leading to speculation that she has had radical liposuction.
As for her 48-year-old little brother, he looked his usual eccentric self as he arrived in London for his first UK performance in nine years.
Jackson, who is to appear at the World Music Awards at Earl’s Court tomorrow night, had luxuriant black locks, widely believed to be a wig, and dark glasses accentuating his deathly-pale complexion.
Accompanied by a 25-strong entourage, including his three children Paris, Prince Michael and Prince Michael II, he checked into the fivestar Hempel Hotel in Notting Hill.
Jackson has taken over two floors of the building, at a cost of almost £75,000.
He has requested that all candles be removed from the children’s rooms, fearing their presence provides a fire hazard.
He has also insisted that complimentary chocolates are not supplied on the basis that his family must not eat any "junk" food.
Instead, the singer, who was cleared of child molestation charges last year, has asked for freshlysqueezed fruit juices and smoothies.
