Interesting. They can legally do that too right here in Columbus. And they have walked topless back and forth along the sidewalk right in front of the Ohio Statehouse!
Also a good reason for straight men to visit the Gay Pride Parade in June. Many lesbians and straight sympathizing women topless. One year they had a whole marching brigade of topless women.
