First the guy said Angie never came through with her 1.3 million pledge now he's claiming she's given $350,000. If the contract or agreement was terminated in Dec 05, why is he just talking about it now?
Now the Cambodian aid worker is threatening to counter-sue Angelina. But the guy seems a tad bit confused about the details I think. The guy keeps changing his story every freaking day! Yesterday it was 350,000 now he says she only gave him $200,000.
I think he forgets the VERY important point that it's
HER charity which
SHE started. If she doesn't want to give him her money because she doesn't trust him, then that's
HER choice.
What I didn't like also was how he said that this is "unfair" because he was the one who helped Angelina to get the Cambodian citizenship!?!? So he's basically calling her 'ungrateful'! I mean WTF
seriously if he is working for non-governmental organization then that means he has no authority to grant her such with such an honor, beside he mentioned in HIS own site CVD that Angelina paid money to buy 300 cows for 300 families and fund project to rebuild houses and so on and let's not forget her participation with cleaning land mines and that's why Cambodia's King honored her because of her humanitarian projects in the country NOT because she got her ass kissed by him. If she was not an active participant in Cambodia she would not have gotten the honor.
What I found interesting is that the CEO at 'Maddox Jolie Project' Stephen Bognar said that there was an
AMICABLE termination of the contract which means that CVD knew about it...You know what else is questionable is that WildLife (who co managed with CVD and which got their contract terminated as well) did not sue or even accuse Angelina. True they didn't side with her either but there might be explanation for it like they might be unhappy with her decision to terminate the contract and hence don't want to fight for her case but there is no explanation for the other case; when CVD made the complaint you'd think they will complain with them since they also comanaged the project!!!
So he is almost admitting he didn't honor subcontracts because he didn't recieve money, right? But this project has been managed by him since 2003 and she only cut the funding last year. Can he prove he actually invested the money in something productive for the 2 years he have been getting the money?
Again this man didn't have to go public with this dispute and disparage Angelina and then she basically threaten to sue him he changed his tone and want to kiss and get along again!
I also loved what he said here:
"I appeal to the lawyers and Angelina Jolie, please think about this. I still want to implement the project. Please give me the funds as promised,’ he said."
The words of a losing man. Either he is not telling the truth- which I think is the case- or he has been misunderstood. Every day there is a new version of this. First he accuses her of not keeing her word and STOPED giving money. Then it becomes that she didn't give any. Then it becomes I will sue him. Then I will sue her. Now its she was mislead and please Angelina please take me back!

I seriously don't know what to make of this. Other than it's not always clean and easy to give money to charity. Someone is always trying to screw you over.
I can't wait for Angelina's lawyers to go after this guy.
