Kate is really beautiful and her daughter is very cute. Looks happy too! I don't blame Kate for getting all dressed up. If I had people snapping my picture, I would do it too. I almost get semi-ready to go grab coffee and bagels on Sunday mornings because I always seem to run into someone I know there..who's all made up, by the way!!
