I honestly wouldn't get anything done. The only thing I'd consider would be liposuction to get rid of trouble spots, but it's so little I feel like that would be a waste of money. I'd rather hire a personal trainer to get my body in tip top shape.
When it comes to my face though I really couldn't do anything. The only thing I dislike is my chin-dimple but I wouldn't get rid of that.
