For me, I'm going with the OC. I started watching it long after the hype and I wasn't impressed. Big Brother is also up there for me; actually the majority of reality shows. Oh, and Prison Break.

Prison Break is awesome!! Totally not overrated. It's one of the only shows that amazes me every week with the storyline.
Any ABC sitcom is overrated. George Lopez, According to Jim, My Wife & Kids, Hope & Faith. They all suck. Same show over and over, just different people.
