I can't imagine what kind of doctor would willingly do that to her. I realize that she asked for them, but any doctor with some semblance of ethics would turn her down.

There was a girl back in high school who had boobs the size of watermelons and a really small frame. I suppose if she gained a lot of weight, her boobs would get even larger. But she'd have to weigh like 400 pounds for them to be THAT large. Poor girl. There were guys who only talked to her so that they could get up close and personal with them, although many guys were repulsed because they were that huge.
