I think segregation is enforced seperation of races. But if a group that is having problems thinks that a specialized program might help address issues, why not? This is a willing move and not something dictated to a group. Blacks don't all have to attend all black schools. On the other hand, if this school becomes a top notch school one day and a white student applies and is rejected solely on race, then there is a problem. There are still all women schools and that is not illegal. But if a time comes when another group wants to join then considerations should be made. Some women's schools have gone coed and vice-versa.
