Doesnt do PETA any favours.

The guy was OTT but it worked in getting his message across.

It illustrates PETA's lack of savvy in todays society, Jacques Cousteau wouldnt pull the audience of gen x / y and next that conservation groups need to target. The Older generations arent who they need to get to move forward.

Irwin was on their side too. Particularly with croc's. Some armchair liberal PETA supporter might think 'oh poor wild free thing. leave it alone' when he was 'harassing' some croc. Thing is he caught and moved it away from people.

If you live here in Oz we know that when a croc takes someone it becomes open season on them - they just shoot them until they find one with body parts or they get bored ( usually the latter ). so that must be what PETA think is good. GO PETA!!!
