I'm glad to see that you've reduced the size of your butt.

I thought the idea of the hospital gown was so the doctor could examine the patient
easily. Here’s a full length photo of the gown, it really isn’t a gown.

The article below states

Quote:
"We have had examples of people not showing up for operations. This can only help."
I’m not sure how the new gown will help Muslim women who have surgery.
Is there a problem with their clothing being removed during surgery?

Muslim women get their own NHS burka-style gown

Muslim women could soon be offered a burka-style gown in NHS hospitals.
Doctors fear that many do not seek treatment because the standard issue gowns are not modest enough.
The Inter-Faith Gown is being piloted at the Royal Preston Hospital.
It reveals only the hands and eyes and has been introduced following claims from Muslim women that the regulation dress was too revealing and therefore contrary to their faith.
It marks the first change in regulation dress on the wards for decades and was created by Karen Jacob, the linen services manager at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals.
Following the trial at Preston, it is made available to other health authorities from November 1 and there has already been considerable interest. It will cost around £12.
Miss Jacob and the gown's manufacturer, Interweave Textiles of Elland, West Yorkshire, were brought together by TrusTECH - the NHS body which manages innovation in the North-West.
Miss Jacob said: "I noticed a gap in the market and thought that it would be great if there was a gown that helped to preserve a patient's modesty.
"I wasn't sure how to take my idea forward but TrusTECH have been fantastic in helping me to make it a reality and so far, the use of the gown at our Trust has produced some very positive feedback from patients."
Dr Richard Deed, TrusTECH Innovation Unit Manager, said: "I am delighted that TrusTECH has played such an important role in the development of the gown.
"It has already made a big difference to patients at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and it is an excellent example of how innovation in the NHS helps improve patient care."
A spokesman for Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS TRust said: "It has been brought in because some ladies simply felt they could not wear the normal gown which, as we know, can show parts of us we do not want on show.
"We have had examples of people not showing up for operations. This can only help."
