I'm Italian and Roman Catholic as well. All I can say about your cousin is that I hope he is not deceiving these women into thinking they are in a normal relationship when they are clearly not. And I truly hope he doesn't decide to get married and pretend to be straight cause that would be even worse.

I have a friend who is also Catholic, her first husband married her and they stayed married for ten YEARS before he admitted he wanted to have a sex change. Ron is now Veronica. My friend had a nervous breakdown while all this was going on. Now that was really really wrong of him to cause all that heartache.
