I was thinking that maybe, just maybe, the Goretex thingies
that are implanted in the lip sort of "slip around" and shift
within the lip tissue. And maybe it takes about half a day for
this to happen. Maybe it moves when she sleeps.
So Lara gets her lip implant/collagen thingie done, and it looks
fine in the doctor's office, but before she goes to bed she looks
in the mirror and OOPS! there's swelling on one side...
(Kind of like when you get a brand new haircut -- it looks great when you
leave the salon, but when you try to duplicate it the next day,
it just looks BOTCHED.)
