For the world's most ugly actress, I think the award goes to Spanish actress, Rossy De Palma. I think she's a good actress, but she has the kind of face you'd want to put a bag over. She has a very big, crooked nose, and a long face. Not to mention, she's also snaggletoothed. I don't find snaggleteeth necessarily unattractive, however, Rossy is generally unattractive IMHO.
