Pink Slams Politician's Anti Hip-Hop Rant

Pop punk Pink has attacked British politician David Cameron after he claimed
hip-hop music encourages violence.
In June (06) the Conservative Party leader alleged the
rap music played by Bbc Radio 1 "encourages people to carry guns and knives".
But Pink is outraged, comparing his outburst to criticism of The Beatles and
The Rolling Stones early in their careers.
She says, "I'd love to know what he is basing that on. That's not the way to get to kids. It's an easy stereotype - almost too easy. That's how they felt about The Beatles and Mick Jagger - that they were making 'the devils
music'."
