I am a minor sponsor to a women's elite cycling team. Yeah there is a lot of performance enhancing drugs in cycling. It's hard to be at maximum capacity for such an extended period of time in a race like the tour. Even sounds like the times for this year's tour de france were slower.

Asked them about this guy and was told that this particular drug test is a ratio of testosterone to synthetic and it is possible for the test to have false positive.

Agree with LynnieD, this man has a great story and hope that it all is a mistake.
