Wouldn't that mean the after pic the nose would look bigger? It looks the exact same as the one on the right, cept slightly larger because her head is more infront. From these pictures its 100% obvious to tell the shape has not changed, if you think otherwize your looking for something that just isn't there. And what are the quotation marks for? It's an after pic!
