I disagree, she was sooo cute in Elf and the best thing about Failure to Launch (*disclaimer: a boring transatlantic flight will drive you to desperate things). I like her as the offbeat character actress, she's very deadpan with a dry sense of humor. She nails it every time. And I think she's pretty too, in an unconventional way that appeals to some people.
