I've seen a lot of discussion on here regarding weight loss techniques, diets, etc, so I wanted some opinions/factual information regarding weight loss. I know there's some kind of formula or standard regarding calorie intake/calorie burn in order to lose weight. Can anyone help me with what that is? I'm aiming to lose between 10-15 pounds over the next month to two months. I work out on a treadmill anywhere from 30min to 1 hour 30 min, depending on the day.
