Martial Arts. If you find a really great club you'l find that you do all of thoes leg/butt/hip exercises while doing cardio.
I also tried out The Fit to Strip second Disc and I found that within a few weeks of doing that I was stronger and slimmer (though for me being naturally without butt, I actually gained a butt by building up the muscle) in thoes areas.
Like olivia said, Pilates is great for that as well.
But you need to burn and the only way to really lose inches is to do cardio at a heart rate that is your fat burn zone for a sustained period of time. To find yours I reccomend joining:
