thank you Aaron Spelling. I feel part of our problem (not all of course) is our wretched television. I cannot imagine what people think about the "average" American if they watch our programming. Show anyone an average evening entertainment of say, WWF, Springer, Windfall etc.

then top it off with a few gangsta rap videos and an episode of COPS.

Too bad television cannot have higher standards. I rarely watch it at all because other than maybe the History channel and Discovery there is nothing on there worth watching except of course, fox news.
