Re: Madonna and daughter leaving their apartment in New York City (06/27/2006)
Jeez who cares if a young child has a unibrow? Let kids be kids. Everyone gets made fun of for something. I had one and got teased a little but I got teased about many other things, as did most kids. When I got to 13 or so I started waxing, and shaving my legs, which is plenty young enough for all that hassle. I'd have hated to have to worry about it at age SIX for crying out loud. I'm glad I was teased so I learned how to respond to it instead of becoming one of those adult wimps who can't deal with criticism or some light hearted ribbing. I will be too busy teaching my kids how to be good people, to do their work, get involved in activities to be worrying about their unibrow or hairy arms in freaking elementary school. What next, plastic surgery if their nose is too big? It's not fair to make such young kids worry about such petty, superficial matters.
