Jessica is the one who filed for divorce. Aquaintances aren't friends. And its not like they jumped into bed the very next day. He's officially divorced.
I think Jessica thougth she was above Nick Lachey & that he would be forgotten once they divorced but the opposite happened & she's the one scrounging for a career. Looks good on her!
