She's wearing pink frosted lipstick in the first pic and that ALWAYS gives the illusion of bigger lips (didn't we also go thru a pink frosted lipstick stage when we were teenagers, except for LiLo who's evidently stuck in that phase). Also, the upper lip is STILL thinner than the lower one, whereas nowadays, both top and bottom lips are symmetrical.
