She looks hot!

I looked at the before and after posted on goodplasticsurgery.com and you're right! In addition to the nose, the chin is smaller and the teeth are bigger. How did she find time to recover in the spotlight? Wouldn't it take longer to recover from a dual procedure - both nose AND chin?

I'm also noticing that she's lost quite a bit of weight - at least 15 pounds. She's looking really thin, like a size 2. If she loses any more weight she's going into Nicole Richie territory. I think she looks perfect now - could use some toning, but doesn't need to lose or gain any more weight. Did surgery kill her appetite? She's already thinner than her sister!
