May 27, 2006 -- "LOST" star Michelle Rodriguez has vowed to move to France once she is released from her latest stint in jail. The spunky actress - who recently did time in a Hawaiian jail for a DUI conviction - will serve 60 days in a Los Angeles pokey for a probation violation relating to the incident. She showed up at L.A. Metro Court on Thursday with her lawyer to start her term. The day before that, Rodriguez was videotaped by tmz.com walking outside a bookstore on Melrose Avenue, where she told paparazzi she plans to leave the United States. "I'm moving to France," she says. "You know, people don't bother you there. I do what I got to do. Then I leave the country and never come back."
