She spent so long working the 'hard' image, its hard to see her trying the 'polished' image. She must have some serious heels on, she looks tall. I work at a venue where she had a concert a few years back, she is one tiny/petite girl in person. She did seem a bit immature at the time and their rider requested only Corona beer - of which the band consumed a lot! I think they were all about 17 at the time. Not the best choices. Hopefully she has grown up a bit.
