Her face has obviously matured and slimmed down since. It happens to most women. It's happened to me, I can see it in pictures and my mother has said so. Many women can go back to there HS yearbooks and see a plump/rounder and younger face. It's called aging. And + or - a few pounds can slightly change an appearance too even in the nose.
That's not a nose job.
And she hasn't had breast implants that two decade old pagent picture proves that she never had or needed the surgery.
