Not worth defending but if it floats your boat fine. I just happen to dispute some of what you said. She has always courted tabloid and photographer attention. You reap what you sow and she really has sown a bumper crop of bad karma. Sure the tripping incident wasn't really her fault but I will say this, any unfamous dumb cluck young momma who made that many poor decisions and neglectful possibly harmful incidents would at the very least have someone intervene and talk to them about it, or have a concerned neighbor or relative call CPS. How is this any different?
