Well, the thing is that they can have the right to thank God,because they probably(someone who won an Oscar, etc.) got their answer to their prayers, and also God gave them life, so that's probably why they thank God. They thank God, because God created them? Gee... I don't even know anymore!! lol!

But, she does seem to sound a bit ignorant.
